Advancing People are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who has Field Based experience.
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience.
Benefits: £22,550 OTE commission (uncapped) + Company car/Car Allowance + Pension (6% Employer Contribution, 3% Employee Contribution), Private Medical Cover, Life Assurance, 25 days holiday (+ Bank holidays).
Location: Field Based Northern Territory Role (Northern England and Scotland). Successful candidate should ideally be based in Northern England. Will consider candidates based in Scotland and the Midlands.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
- Driven to achieve targets and follow up on all sales opportunities - strong new Business Development ('Hunter' rather than 'Farmer'/Account Management) experience/ability
- Excellent commercial acumen, coupled with strong negotiation skills - experience of /ability to have ROI/commercial sales discussions with customers.
- Highly motivated and target driven, with a positive attitude & tenacity
Nice to have:
- Experienced sales professional within the Sign and Display print industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Sign & Display Print Industry, including customer drivers and competitor offerings
- Established network/contacts Sign & Display Print Industry.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organisation
- A collaborative team player who supports their colleagues and managers
- Strong administration, planning and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
