Our client, a leading name in the professional salon industry, is seeking a motivated Field Sales Account Manager to join their team. With a turnover of over £10 billion in 2022 and sitting as a Top 3 global hair care brand, our client is at the forefront of innovation and market dominance.
About the Role:
As the Field Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with top customer accounts across designated territories, including Bristol, Gloucester, Worcester and Hereford (BS, GL, WR, HR).
What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Conduct a minimum of 10 sales calls per day, aiming for 200 calls per month.
- Grow the account base to reach specified targets for territory expansion.
- Balance new business development along with managing existing accounts
- Self-generate leads through various channels, including prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Implement structured sales strategies, meeting KPIs and targets.
*Please note that you will need a full UK Driving License for this role as it is field based*
