Our client a cutting-edge company seeking an energetic and driven Sales and Account Manager to spearhead relationships within central Cloud Platforms and drive their sales and continuous account management processes.
You will play a pivotal role during an exciting time of the businesses growth which will allow you to be a hugely valued member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply sales expertise, focusing on Data Matching Software, Data hygiene and maintenance and Cloud Platforms.
- Independently create and develop close new client connections.
- Secure new accounts through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
- Maintain a steady pipeline and exceed performance goals.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience with a focus on Data Matching Software preferred. Snowflake experience or similar is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Driven to achieve and exceed performance objectives.
- Be a great negotiator and have the confidence to close agreements, as well supporting new customers during the on-boarding process.
- Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Experience with a solution-based approach to selling, managing complex sales processes.
About You:
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a passion for building customer relationships and closing new business opportunities.
- Be confident with creating new business and account management
- Have some previous experience with the cloud-based sector
- Experience in managing a complex sales process with excellent presentation and listening skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in presenting and building meaningful client relationships.
