Salary: £25k - £30k, OTE £50k (Uncapped Commission)

The Client:
Our client is a well-established automotive firm, delivering exceptional warranty support to motor dealers and exceptional coverage to the public.
The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be providing excellent customer service to existing motor dealer accounts and actively acquiring new business from target dealer accounts.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct in-depth research to maintain a comprehensive understanding of your territory and its opportunities.
-Innovatively pursue new business from target accounts, employing a consultative sales approach.
-Address client queries and collaborate with management when necessary.
-Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and overcome objections to secure business from target dealer accounts.
-Proactively plan for growth, meeting monthly new business KPIs.
-Regularly analyse reporting systems to identify focus areas in your territory.
-Efficiently manage your diary to optimise your role effectiveness.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
-Ideally possess sales experience in a dealership or field-based environment.
-Customer service and cold-calling skills.
-Valid driving licence.
