Join a leading ERP and stock control software company as a Senior Field Sales driving the generation new sales.
The role is hybrid, primarily working in Lincoln, with some travel. However, for the right individual flexibility will be considered.
THE JOB:
Covering the UK the job will primarily involve:
- Identifying and target new business opportunities within the SME market to generate pipelines.
- Develop, maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Effectively manage the sales cycle with agreed timelines, objectives, outcomes and next steps consistently communicated, logged and actioned.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record in new business B2B software sales, specifically within the ERP sector.
- Understanding of sales structures and methodologies that form the foundation for successful and predictable opportunity management and progression.
- A drive for learning to thoroughly understand the software we develop, sell, support and maintain.
- Well-organised and able to prioritise.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £60,000 - £70,000 basic, dependent on experience.
- £50,000 commission, taking OTE to £110,000 - £120,000.
