My client is an international scientific organisation specialising in Healthcare and Life Sciences with the aim of enhancing the lives of their customers across the world. This dynamic role at will see you providing comprehensive support to their customers laboratory equipment. You'll be responsible for:

•    Performing installations, preventative maintenance and repairs.
•    Validating equipment performance and troubleshooting any issues.
•    Building strong relationships with customers and exceeding their expectations.
•    Maintaining accurate documentation of service activities, including reports and service logs. 

To be considered for the Field Service Engineer, you will need the following skills and experience:
•    Hold an HNC (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering or a Scientific discipline.
•    Have a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
•    Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Be a resourceful problem-solver with a knack for tackling technical challenges.
•    Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative.
•    Be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
•    Hold a valid UK driving license.
