Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering design support.
• Produce design deliverables (including drawings, specifications and reports), site surveys, construction stage duties, management, costing and ensure progress against the project brief.
• Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary members of the design team and delivering safe, efficient and buildable solutions.
• Site survey work required for pricing design and commissioning management projects.
• Monthly reporting on financial positions, progress, and key issues moving forward.

Qualification and Experience:

• Design of Mechanical Building Services systems.
• Design, technical detailing, and specification writing experience.
• Membership of Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), or working towards Chartered Member status.
