This will be a Permanent opportunity; the role will be hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week at their Reading Office. Additional days when required can be worked from either their London or Warwick offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering design support and advice to contractor teams.
- Manage engineering services design and commissioning projects.
- Conduct site surveys for pricing and project management.
- Produce fee proposals, design deliverables, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver efficient solutions.
- Contribute to bid proposals and tender specifications.

Requirements:
- Design and specification writing experience.
- Membership or working towards membership of CIBSE.
- Ability to develop long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Interest in spending time on-site as part of a contractor team.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in highly regulated industries.
- CSCS card holder and commissioning experience.
- Knowledge of electrical building services systems.
