Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide maintenance, service and repairs on a variety of machinery and provide excellent customer service.

You will execute all service and repair jobs within agreed-upon service level agreements, perform scheduled planned maintenance services, uphold the highest standards of service and repair for a variety of machinery, adhere strictly to Health and Safety rules, update job status in real-time, generate detailed reports and manage parts inventory. You will be paid door to door and there will be some weekend working.

Ideally you will have strong fault-finding skills in both electrical and mechanical equipment, outstanding customer service and be proficient in the safe use of tools and equipment. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving license will be required. Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment is preferable but not essential as training will be provided. Candidates from SW or NWW London will be in the ideal location.
