A creative agency is looking for an Executive Assistant with experience in Film and Production to support their senior team.
 
The facts:
 
You love supporting people, and you’re good at it. From diary management, travel arrangements, timesheets, expense management to attending meetings, providing action points and proof-editing, you’re confident you can do it all.
 
You’re also good at the people part – managing relationships between the senior members, the rest of the team as well as external stakeholders.
 
On a personal level, you are someone who loves film (and Production). You have some experience with the creative world, whether that is through your current or previous positions, or a personal interest.
 
You don’t necessarily want to be an EA for the rest of your life. In fact, you’d probably rather end up a producer and are happy to take this opportunity to learn, grow and progress in that direction.
 
 
You’ll be:

• Supporting some very senior people.
• The person everyone can rely on.
• Able to figure things out on the go.

 
You’ll have:

• An understanding (even if limited) of the Film and Production.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Some of that experience from a fast-paced creative environment.
