Job description

We are an award-winning, industry-leading team who are responsible for creating Advertising materials including Trailers, TV Spots, Socials and Promos for the TV and Film industry. You will be joining a busy team working across multiple high-profile clients. You will be organised, proactive, and have the discipline to cope with fast turnarounds and hard deadlines and possess a meticulous attention to detail. The role will require you to proactively support the team on post-production workflows, projects and tasks, from initial project kick-off through to final delivery, with a specific focus on quality control


Please note, that this role is based on-site in our London office.


KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Proactively supporting Producers and the Post Production team with marketing campaign content creation across AV projects, with a specific focus on the post-production workflows
  • In collaboration with project producers, directly handling the quality control and delivery of project assets supplied for clients (including Netflix, Disney and Warners) and multi-asset delivery, ensuring all deliverables and materials are correct.
  • Supporting the online & finishing process; liaising with mixers and motion designers to ensure the right materials are briefed and provided on deadline.
  • Supporting the Head of Production & Post Production with people and physical resource scheduling for the offline and online teams.
  • Ensuring the scheduling system is accurate and up to date.
  • Checking weekly timesheets to ensure they have been completed.
  • Creating finishing schedules for AV pieces to ensure we are requesting the necessary materials for clients and are anticipating the needs of the finishing process (including grade, mixing, and online).
  • Creating client document deliverables - including CCSL and dialogue scripts, subtitle files, and cue sheets.
  • Managing media sharing platforms - monitoring usage and creating approval links.
  • Keeping track of any client supplied specification docs and communicating their location.
  • Setting up jobs on internal management systems, and supporting with the upkeep and development of internal workflows.
  • Work collaboratively across all Intermission departments and encourage an interdisciplinary approach.


KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • An exceptional eye for detail and a love of perfection.
  • Highly organised with the ability to balance multiple deadlines and projects and keep schedules and documents up to date.
  • Demonstrated time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, creatively problem-solve and be a force for calm under pressure. A proactive, flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Self-motivated and diligent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well as part of a team and create strong working relationships.
  • Adaptable and revels in change.
  • Discreet and tactful with an understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality and data protection good practice
  • Keen interest in film and TV, and enthusiasm to learn.
  • An understanding of the International nature of our business.
