Your New Role…
Working within Post Production Creative Services, this role is responsible for booking all Edit and audio services inc. Avid suites, audio & VO facilities. The Bookings Coordinator will be point of contact for all edit requests, providing updates and feedback to clients on the status of edits. A high level of communication is required to ensure optimum service is provided to key stakeholders.
Please note: This is a fixed term contract with a duration of 6 months
Your Role Accountabilities…
Booking and confirming all edit work orders in Xytech / SchedulALL
Communicating status of edits to Content Operations coordinators and Reversioning Producers
Ensuring all internal suites are used to full capacity
Maintaining accurate records for data reporting
Working with Technical Edit Operations team to resolve deliverables issues
Supporting the Edit Coordinator to create video browse and send completed assets to QC
Qualifications & Experience…
Background in Post Production and/or Broadcast Operations
Attention to detail essential
Ability to prioritize in a time pressured environment
Flexible with the ability to adapt to different demands & find solutions
Superb customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Experience using Xytech Media Pulse / ScheduALL is preferred
