You’ll be passionate about coaching colleagues from right across the business to act as contributors and you’ll always be looking to improve what we do and how we do it. This role helps comms colleagues to improve their digital content – specifically filming and scripting skills and you’ll line manage a Filming Manager to support delivery across the region.

The key output for the role is a monthly 20 minute magazine show “Team Talk”, but you’ll also be delivering other video content to support our change programmes and working through more traditional channels to help deliver our wider internal comms aims.

If you are a broadcast journalist looking to do something new and inspire thousands of people in a fast paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
