SalaryAn established and excellent Nursery are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will involve reporting to the Nursery Manager and Area Manager, managing their data, systems and financial administration.
The ideal candidate will be personable and outgoing with strong administration skills and initiative. This is an office based role with great company benefits and competitive salary.
Key Duties:
- Manage and ensure all hard and soft data is kept in line with Data Protection and confidentiality laws, guidelines and company policies.
- Run the nursery diary in order to ensure a smooth running of the nursery setting, book appointments for prospective parents and any other visitors.
- Generate parent invoices, distribute and handle any queries
- Deal with any additional sessions and room movements to ensure smooth running of nursery including waiting list management.
- Manage parental debt and following the company debt management policies and processes.
- Manage supplier relations and invoice payments.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong administration skills and similar experience.
- Good IT skills and experience working with Microsoft packages.
- Experience in database management.
- Online banking experience, reconciling revenue accounts and keeping monthly charge card records.
- Ability to manage outlook calendars.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
