ELevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Rotherham area as they look to recruit a Finance Administrator into their team on a full time permanent basis.
This role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart a career in finance. You'll receive thorough training, ongoing development, and all the necessary tools for success.
Duties will include but won't be limited to:
- Calculating and issuing daily bank payments
- Reconciling income
- Update Sage and cashbooks with purchase ledger direct debits
- Daily payments and petty cash
- Prepare monthly referral fees for recharge invoicing
- Daily cash management and reporting to Directors
- Weekly updating Return on Investment report
- General office duties
Person Specification:
- Data processing experience (invoices and or bank transactions).- Full training will be provided
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Programmes
- Must be a good team player, with good communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
