Finance Administrator

ELevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Rotherham area as they look to recruit a Finance Administrator into their team on a full time permanent basis.
This role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart a career in finance. You'll receive thorough training, ongoing development, and all the necessary tools for success.

Duties will include but won't be limited to:

• Calculating and issuing daily bank payments
• Reconciling income
• Update Sage and cashbooks with purchase ledger direct debits
• Daily payments and petty cash
• Prepare monthly referral fees for recharge invoicing
• Daily cash management and reporting to Directors
• Weekly updating Return on Investment report
• General office duties

Person Specification:

• Data processing experience (invoices and or bank transactions).- Full training will be provided
• A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Programmes
• Must be a good team player, with good communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
