Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis for a growing manufacturing business based in Leeds.
As the Finance Administrator, this role will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, processing purchase invoices, raising POs, investigating any discrepancies, processing expenses, assisting with the payment run, sales ledger invoice processing, checking delivery notes and responding to supplier and customer queries.
This is a fast paced and varied role working in a small finance team with the opportunity to expand and develop the scope of the role.
The successful candidate will:
- Have worked in an accounts payable/purchase ledger position previously
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
£25,000 - £26,000 + opportunity for AAT study support (if desired) + 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and rising with service each year up to 25 days + pension scheme + flexible working hours + free on-site parking
