No previous experience required as full training provided and the role will require candidates with a drivers license due to banking of cheques.

Reports to:
Accounts Manager
Main Purpose of Role:
To assist in the day to day administration of financial matters of Strata Solicitors and trading divisions.
Core Responsibilities:
· Assist in the dealing of all administrative duties, whilst ensuring that all Strata’s quality and other procedures are complied with in respect of those matters;
· Ensure that all financial documents and any other financial records are properly filed and kept secure;
Daily trips to bank cheques;
Data entry;
· Ensure confidentiality and security of all Strata and clients’ documentation/information;
· Carry out any other duties that are in keeping with the role
