Our successful client, with offices based in Northampton, are seeking a New Business Administrator to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As a New Business Administrator, you will provide general administrative support to the office and will be responsible for:-
- Data Entry
- Typing correspondence
- Update and maintain accurate records
- Answer and direct phone calls
- You will assist with streamlining process and general office organisation
Skills required
To be considered for our New Business Administrator vacancy it is essential that you have:-
- Previous administrative experience and customer service experience
- You will be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills
- You will have a keenness to learn and ideally looking to start a career in conveyancing
