We are seeking innovative, enthusiastic, and well-organised individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Business Support Administrator.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Your focus as Business Support Administrator will be to provide administrative support to the Financial Planning team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of processed based tasks.
Other responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices, chasing queries and producing reports.
- Reconciling invoices against spreadsheet reports.
- Handling telephone enquiries.
- Dealing with and responding to a high volume of emails.
- Developing good working relationships with both our care homes and external suppliers.
