Our client, based near Raunds, is recruiting a Business Support Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position that will provide administrative support to all areas of the business, so the successful candidate will gain exposure to many facets of the company.
Duties will include:-
- Supporting the Finance Team - credit control, invoicing, purchase ledger
- Basic marketing duties - updating the website and social media, email campaigns
- Customer service
- Project planning/support
- Supporting in the service and parts functions
- Supporting one of the directors with design and technical support.
- General administration
- The successful applicant will be IT literate, a good communicator, keen to learn, and possess a positive and flexible attitude.
- Some knowledge of CAD or technical drawings would be a benefit.
On offer is a starting salary of 23k - 25k which will be reviewed after 6 mths probation period.
