Reed and excited to help an excellent growing company based in Corby who are looking for a 6-month FTC Hr administrator to join their team.
This role is hybrid working with 1 day in the office a week with the odd site change to the office in South Witham.
There is also room for this extension or to go permanent depending on the individual's performance through the FTC.

Salary 23000-26000k depending on experience.
Principal duties and responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact across the business for all HR administration queries.
- Undertake administrative tasks associated with the employee lifecycle process, including selection and recruitment, new starter, probationary periods, training and leaver processes.
- Assist in the processing of the monthly and weekly payrolls.
- Ensure all employee records are updated and maintained accurately within required timescales and comply with all GDPR and Company specific requirements.
- Generate and distribute management information reports as directed by the HR Business Partner
- Produce all HR documentation in accordance with agreed timescales, including contracts of employment and new starter packs, change of terms, pension scheme, probation outcomes, employee incentive schemes
- To work collaboratively with the HR team to make sure a professional, effective and efficient service is given to all colleagues across the business.
- Notify the HR Advisor of any anomalies outside of company policy and procedure.
- Undertake general ad-hoc administrative duties, such as scanning, filing and HR system admin
- Manage recruitment inbox, including responding to applications
- Provide support to the rest of the HR Department on a range of HR project
Key success factors
- Computer and hard copies of employee information are stored confidentially and in an ordered process
- Computer system is monitored and updated regularly with key information
- Support is given to the HR Advisor and HR Business Partner with administration tasks
- Information to new and existing employees regarding their employment journey is sent in a timely fashion
