Role Overview:
Wellbeing Solutions (WS) is looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Finance team.You would support our Finance team by generating and sending customer invoices. This is an opportunity to join a small but rapidly growing, busy Finance team.
Key Tasks:
- Review of operational data to ensure the invoicing reports are accurate and reflect the varying customer contracts.
- Creation of customer invoices for varying revenue streams using our operational system and SAGE, with current volumes of 250 per month.
- The ability to respond to customer queries regarding invoices.
- Knowledge of a Sales Ledger to assist with customer accounts.
- Assistance with credit control, as and when required, particularly sending out customer statements.
Skills & Experience Sought:
- Five years of admin experience in an office environment.
- Essential Excel skills, including capability with pivot tables, v-lookups and formulas.
- An impeccable eye for detail and prior experience in interpreting complex client contracts to ensure that all invoices have been calculated accurately.
- Being able to work closely with various departments across the business, especially Commercial and Operations
- High level of self-initiative.
Reporting:
- Daily reporting will be to the Finance Director, Michelle McFeeley
Hours:
- 5 days per week, 9.30am - 5.30pm, one hour for lunch.
Location:
- A hybrid role; working 3 days from home and 2 days from our offices in East Croydon.
Salary:
- £27,500 to £30,500 (dependent on experience)
