My client are an established successful business with long standing repeat clients who expect quality solutions, attention to detail, outstanding customer service and honesty and integrity.
They have a reputation for delivering complex travel arrangements to demanding clients with their client base across the world.
The company are privately owned with the directors closely involved on a day to day basis.
They are currently recruiting for a finance/admin/supplier support role.
The role is an interesting mix of tasks working in their finance team but also supporting the directors on supplier contracts and their sales team issuing payments in relation to client bookings.
Two aspects to this:
- Finance role
- Posting supplier invoices
- Issuing payments to suppliers around the world
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Supplier contracts role
- Issuing supplier contracts
- Managing supplier contract queries
- Updating supplier details database within our reservation and accounting systems
To note:
- This is an office based role
- This is a full time role
- Study support for AAT training will be considered.
All roles require:
- Interest in travel
- Being well travelled
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Self motivation
- Strong analytical ability
- Ideally a second language
- An enjoyment for taking responsibility
- Numeracy
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- 60 wpm or above typing speed
