On a day-to-day basis, you will work alongside leaders of technology, operational and central services teams managing performance, skills development, conduct, capability, attendance, and people policy issues. You will also be the HRBP lead for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
You would join our small and friendly HR team, headed up by our HR Director. You would be part of the HR Business Partner team, reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering and would work with HR colleagues in our HR transactional team and Talent Acquisition.
What you will bring
We require someone with a can do and agile mindset who is prepared to hit the ground running and ‘get stuck in.’ You will be someone who thrives when working in a fast paced, customer responsive, live broadcast streaming environment. Experience of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams is required. The ideal candidate will be MCIPD certified (or equivalent). We are ideally looking for someone with experience of working with Technology Operations, Software Engineering, PMO, Architecture and Broadcast Solutions teams. You will have strong operational HR experience which includes complex case management and good people management practice. We are looking for someone who has experience of delivering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
Working principles
We operate a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days per week working in our offices. Full time hours are 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday. We are open to considering a job share/part time working arrangement. We are willing to discuss flexible daily working hours with you. You must be able to travel to and work at our offices in MediaCityUK, Greater Manchester and Central London on occasion. Due to the 24/7 shift-based and international nature of the business operation, meetings with colleagues may at times need to take place in the evenings or at weekends.
