You'll be responsible for a range of HR projects and supporting several other HRBP's with projects and change management projects in their respective areas. Essential to have change experience, including TUPE.
The role is based in lovely grounds in Hanslope between Milton Keynes and Northampton. The organisation provides a range of services to the Civil Service ranging from IT, surveying, property maintenance for properties globally.

Salary range is an exact: £54,340 - £64,130 with £1,750 location allowance per annum.
However the pension is up to 30%, holidays 25 rising to 30 days with an option to purchase an additional 9, Onsite gym, a performance related award, and a raft other benefits that we don't see in the private sector. Hybrid working 3 days minimum in the office.
