We’re recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our client who are a well-known brand and a worldwide manufacturer. If successful, you will work closely with their leaders to shape and deliver their people plans. You will guide, coach, and empower the people to develop and lead high performing teams.
This role is a 12-month maternity cover!
Key Responsibilities for a HR Business Partner:
- Develop strong working relationships with people managers and employees - meet with them regularly to review and support their people plans
- Coach and develop the people managers
- Identify training needs for assigned divisions - manage external providers and develop the in house training as required
- Be an ambassador for diversity, equality and inclusion within the business
- Help drive employee engagement
- Manage any employee relations matters within your assigned division
Essential Skills for a HR Business Partner:
- Experience in both operational and strategic HR
- Experience in a HR Business Partner role
- Familiarity with business processes, standards, and practices
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer Focused
- Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment
