Job Description
What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in London where you will be supporting the FP&A Finance Director and Finance Business Partners in delivering the objectives of the FP&A team.
As a Finance Analyst, your responsibilities will include among others
- Key support on business change involving:
- Due diligence processes for M&A activity
- Cost to achieve for M&A activity
- Earnouts for M&A deals
- ad hoc project support
- Integration and tracking of M&A including synergies
- Preparing presentations to provide updates to management.
- Contribute to the development of both “business as usual” and project monitoring and reporting including:
- Providing input to the development of MI tools and reporting
- Support the development and control of project reporting and tracking.
- Pulling together and presenting one-off requirements for MI / insight.
- Supporting IPO planning, including designing and tracking KPIs to drive performance and provide accurate insight and analysis to ensure successful corporate decision making and value creation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should
- Qualified accountant
- Highly methodical and organised, with an ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and a high-quality output
- Knowledge of finance business processes and controls
- Ability to draft high quality documentation
- Ability to get to grips with new concepts quickly
- An ability to maintain confidentiality with a high degree of discretion
Desired
- Project Finance experience
- Experience working with unstructured problems and concepts
- Strong Financial modelling and presentational skills.
- Due diligence / transactions / project finance experience desirable but not required.
