Work Arrangement: Hybrid Wolverhampton, Potential travel to Banbury
Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour - Umbrella Accepted
Hours: 37 Hours per week

Principal Responsibilities:

• Monthly reporting, delivering insightful analyses to senior leadership.


• Contribution to monthly forecasts, annual Plans, and Strategic plans with precision and thorough analysis.


• Evaluation of manufacturing and supply chain performance through detailed variance analysis.


• Conduct functional cost reviews, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.


• Preparation of standard costing and pricing updates, ensuring accuracy.


• Daily/monthly tracking of financial sales and gross margin performance.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.


• Adherence to internal financial control policies and procedures.

Experience & Qualities:

• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Essential


• Self-motivated and capable of managing workload effectively. Essential


• Collaborative approach, working seamlessly with Finance and non-Finance colleagues. Essential


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Essential


• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Desirable


• Highly proficient in IT, with experience in SAP preferred.
