SalaryCMC Consulting are working with a dynamic and growing nationwide multisite business that is a leader in its industry. Our Client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.
- Analyse key financial metrics, trends, and variances against budget and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational goals.
- Prepare and present comprehensive management reports, including monthly financial statements and KPIs.
- Work closely with department heads to explain financial results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for cost control and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Part Qualified, Finalist or Qualified (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Analyst role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and perform complex financial analysis.
