You will

Be responsible for proactively assisting the Commercial Operations Team and a Commercial Controller to ensure adherence to key internal controls and analyse the business . We are looking for a high performing individual to assist the Sales Team in maximising profitable sales opportunities and the Commercial Controller in monitoring the commercial P&L evolution in order to promote optimal decision making within the business


What are key highlights of this role?

    Assist Commercial Controller / Sales teams with the preparation of Multi Brand account P&Ls and their interpretation

    Assist in monthly reporting cycle / construction of budgets and trends

    Preparation of key commercial reports 

    Business Partner to Multi brand National Accounts Managers 

    Clear commercial debt conforming to internal control procedures 

    Ensure sales teams comply with promotional accrual processes and raise provisions using SAP 

    Report and align on provision balances with sales teams on a regular basis

    Lead on the development of our business planning tool

    Ad hoc projects to improve internal controls / reporting / efficiency of debt clearance


You have

    Relevant degree qualification or equivalent 

    Excellent analytical skills

    Strong organisational skills

    Ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment

    Outstanding rigour and attention to detail

    Strong interpersonal skills are essential as the role involves close liaison with the Sales team

    Experience preferably within a consumer driven and fast paced environment 

    Highly organised with prioritisation skills and strong communication skills  (written and verbal)

    Highly numerate – strong analytically and good commercial acumen

    Flexibility for an international career is desired but not essential

    Strong presentation/communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire

    Financial knowledge and experience in managing a P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts

    It's important to us to invest in our teams, so you should have either started or have an interest in studying for the CIMA qualification which we would support you in achieving
