Complicitéis looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to join our team.Complicité has a reputation spanning four decades as one of the world’s most inventive and consistently high-quality theatre companies. We are looking for a Finance and Operations manager to run the effective day-to-day managementof the accounting and finance function and ensure Complicité provides a safe, welcoming andinclusive working environment for our small staff team.

If you are an organised,flexibleteam-worker with demonstrable experience in financial andoperational  management in either the charitable or private sector, we would love to hear from you. 

This role will be particularlysignificant as Complicité undertakes a move from its current London hometo the West Country. We are looking to recruit a Finance and Operations Manager based in this area, who will play a pivotal role in setting up our new base. You will work closely with the Executive Director and Senior Producer to identify and acquire occupation of the company’s new home, and manage all aspects of the move.
