Job description


We are looking to appoint an apprentice within our Finance Directorate’s Financial Services Team.
This appointment will provide an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience within the NHS whilst studying towards a nationally recognised qualification; Association of Accounting Technicians - AAT
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our friendly team in this role. With a wide range of both routine tasks and ad-hoc requests and queries to deal with, each day will bring different tasks & challenges meaning two days are rarely the same.
The role will provide support to the Treasury function & the Trust's Charity Accounts (Health Tree Foundation).
An interesting & varied role assisting in undertaking a wide range of financial entries, balance sheet reconciliation & reporting.
