Alexander Daniels are working with a business to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis in Cannock. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be working as part of a small finance team and will be expected to work onsite.
Some key duties include:
- Overseeing both the purchase and sales ledger.
- Reconciling statements and balance sheet.
- Reconciling inter-company statements and creating reports as required.
- Resolving customer queries and maintaining these existing relationships.
- Keeping records and accounts in a tidy, accurate manner.
- Processing expenses.
- Assisting the team and senior manager with other ad-hoc duties.
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident working on their own ledger. A great team player, someone self-motivated with excellent communication skills would suit.
