As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day activities.

The Role
As an Administration Assistant you will be an integral part of the administrative team, responsible for a range of tasks that keep the operation running smoothly, your attention to detail and organisational skills will contribute to maintaining the company's efficient and effective work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office needs and manage general administrative activities
- Perform clerical tasks such as scheduling, filing and data entry
- Support with documentation including employee onboarding paperwork and maintaining personal records
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Assist with the raising and completion of purchase orders on their in-house software
- Assist with processing orders and updating department trackers (uniform, equipment, stationary)
- Receiving and reconciling internal deliveries
- Arranging couriers on various networks
- Assisting with in-house events
Skills and Experience
- Will have prior administrative experience of at least two years, and excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people
- Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible in your approach
