As an Audit Administration Assistant within our Operations Compliance team, you will play a vital part in reviewing customer accounts, ensuring the Company processes are compliant.
The Operations Compliance team contributes to maintaining the Company’s compliance with its legislative and regulatory requirements.
This position is an entry-level role, and no previous direct experience is required as full training and ongoing development is provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, detail orientated and organised individual to apply and develop their skillset further.
You will review customer reports, analyse data and escalate your findings where necessary.
Successful applicants will be required to work any five days from seven including weekends and bank holidays, typically working between 08.00 and 17.30. In return, we offer a competitive salary, career progression, a generous bonus scheme and a wide range of other benefits.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.

Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing customer account activity to complete audit checklists.
- Analysing reports.
- Highlighting, investigating and escalating any potential concerns.
- Conducting thorough website checks ensuring the information displayed is correct.
- Completing additional tasks to support senior staff.
