Administration Assistant

Type – Contract

Location – Stafford, Staffordshire

Rate – Circa £12.00 per hour PAYE (Negotiable DOE ?)

Hours – Typically 37.5 hours per week

Start date – ASAP ?

Duration – 12 months +

Job description;

Receive orders for services from customers, plan technicians according required skills and time request from customers.
Create necessary documentation in advance to each service.
Generates PO to subcontractors where necessary, receive invoices.
Check time sheets and reports of the technicians.
Prepare the Work Orders for invoicing and hand them to GCC.
Close contact to GCC to ensure timely invoicing.
Track overdue tasks from technicians.
Align with sales to follow up visits and system offers.

Desired skills / qualifications;

Preferably be able to use SAP in both P11 and BRP
A technical basic background will be of advantage

Pay rate – between £10 – £14 p/h dependent upon experience
Start date – ASAP
Expected length of assignment – up to 12 months
