About the Role: As a Finance Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance function by managing cash flow through regular and punctual bank reconciliation reports, along with addressing reconciliation discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct bank reconciliations for all deposits and current accounts
- Investigate unposted items, rectifying missing transactions or conducting further analysis as needed
- Oversee and process accounts receivable refunds, ensuring the accuracy of client bank details
- Facilitate efficient resolution of queries by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
