KEY DUTIES

Billing and sales ledger management

Invoice processing and purchase ledger management

Payroll processing and reconciliation

Bank account processing and reconciliation

Other financial and general administrative tasks as required by the Central Trust Finance Manager Exact duties are likely to change as the Trust grows but will be in the above areas
OTHER AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
•
Comply with any reasonable request from any member of the Trust’s Leadership Team to undertake work of a similar level that is not specified in this job description.

To engage with appropriate training opportunities to promote professional effectiveness in this role.
•
Participate in the ongoing development, implementation and monitoring of the Trust and Academy Improvement Plans.

To treat all information acquired through employment, both formally and informally, in strict confidence. To be aware of the Trust’s responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the security, accuracy and relevance of personal data held on such systems and ensure that all processes comply with this

For any approved service level agreements, deliver day-to-day duties consistently
•
Interact professionally with colleagues to ensure understanding and awareness of responsibilities of all colleagues and undergo any relevant training

Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required, commensurate with the job level
