Reed Accountancy is currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our esteemed client in Ipswich. This part-time, hybrid, fixed-term contract position spans 6 months and aims to provide support to the team during a busy period in the upcoming months. As part of the Finance Transactions and Systems team, you will collaborate with various colleagues, adjusting your focus based on workload shifts.
Details:- Hybrid role- Ipswich- Part time (20 hours per week)- 6-month contract- GBP25,545 pro rata
Duties:- Working as part of the Finance Transactions and Systems Team- Supporting different colleagues depending on peaks in workload- Handling accounts receivable invoices- Producing accounts payable invoices- Running reports- Reconciling of data- Updating spreadsheets
