Administrative Assistant – Temporary – Part time – 9:00am to 2:00pm – Monday to Friday – Eye, Suffolk - £11.44 per hour
 
We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our expanding client on a temp to perm basis in Eye, Suffolk.
 
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm.
 
Main duties include:

• Answering telephones
• Office administration
• Data entry
• Handling invoices
• Ordering stock
• Filing & scanning

Key requirements include:

• Administrative experience
• Experience in customer service
• IT literate - proficient in MS Office, including Excel
