SalaryWe are seeking a Legal Property Assistant to join a highly-regarded legal firm in Ipswich.
You will join a growing team, providing vital support to fee earners. With a positive and professional approach, excellent attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills, you'll thrive in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining client and contact databases
- Processing residential property forms and documents
- Supporting file management and office systems
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring work is completed to high standards and deadlines are met
To be considered, you will have:
- Previous residential property experience preferred
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent organizational skills
- Experience within conveyancing is highly desirable.
