As our Finance Assistant you will be working within the operations finance department to support reporting and analysis. You will provide high challenge and high support to the operational FBP team in providing clear and concise reporting and analysis. As well as supporting weekly reporting and periodic management accounts, you will support the Senior Finance Business Partner with budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and ad hoc tasks. Responsible for providing robust financial management information, recommendations and challenging all aspects of the business to deliver improved decision support resulting in growth in Sales and/or EBITDA. Required to work at pace to deliver accurate scenario plans, robust budgeting and forecasting driving a continuous improvement culture throughout all processes.

Duties will include;

Support in the budgeting and rolling forecast process.

Aid FBP's with accurate weekly and periodic reporting.
Provide pro-active recommendations including challenging assumptions and inputs.

Provide accurate Analysis of key financial data.
Facilitate detailed and thorough periodic forecasts down to gross margin level.
Deliver understanding of the periodic P&L including Indirect spend and impact on gross margin.
Provide a clear and concise financial understanding of our operational stock holding, including Raw material, packaging & consumables.
Pro-actively seeking solutions to issues, before they occur where possible.
Owning the financial standards reported within AX to ensure accurate performance analysis.
