Fully remote Finance Assistant Role
Our client, an accountancy firm that specialises in creative agencies, has opening for a Full TimeFinance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The role is fully remote.
Supporting the Finance Manager your core duties will be:
Financial Tasks:
- Sales Ledger: Raising Invoices and issuing customer statements.
- Purchase Ledger: Filing and posting invoices and receipts and reconciling supplier accounts.
- Bank: Daily bank reconciliations and help managing cashflow forecast
- Support with monthly management accounts
- Support with VAT returns
- Support with Payroll
- Other general book-keeping task
Human Resource Tasks:
- Support the finance manager to maintain employee records on HR systems, create contracts and keep policies and handbook up to date.
General Office Duties:
- Support to organise/plan client and staff events and ordering office equipment, maintaining office records and other general admin duties.
Ideally you will have at least one year’s previous experience in an accountancy-based role using Xero and/or QuickBooks.
