Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant Responsibilities:

• Production of weekly and monthly reports as required by the department.
• Production of reports and any presentations required by departmental management.
• Maintain technical databases and provide reports
• Checking invoices and time sheets for departmental management approval.
• Tracking departmental ordering and spend on SAP.

Finance Assistant Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use various software applications (e.g. SAP & Microsoft 365 apps, etc).
• Experience in people management with well-developed soft skills.
