- Hybrid working - 3 days in the Manchester office and 2 days from home
- Salary up to £23,000 plus AAT / CIMA study support if required
- Mon - Fri working hours between 8am - 5.30pm (37.5 hours p/w)
With my client I am looking to recruit an experienced and hands on Finance Assistant who is looking for a new, challenging role. You will be part of a busy and demanding Finance team who are responsible for providing the wider business with Financial insight and support
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, numbers and all things Finance related. You will support senior members of the Finance team by taking responsibility for key tasks including the management of all administration on customer accounts. You will also learn how to carry out key analysis on customer accounts to become an integral support to members of the Analyst team.
Some of your duties will include:
- Working with and managing relationships with internal teams
- Supporting the Analyst and Finance teams with reporting tasks, invoicing and payment requests
- Supporting the team during external audits
- Supporting during customer tenders and reviews
- Creation and maintenance of reporting for customers
- Supporting the wider finance and pricing teams
- Reviewing and amending customer pricing as requested
- Investigation and resolution of any queries / issues
You must have some previous Finance related experience and ideally experience of working with Excel. You must also be educated to at least A Level. If you have knowledge and experience of working with data / pricing that would also be a huge advantage
