A well established Brighton organisation is looking to recruit a full time permanent Finance Assistant.
Job Description
- Credit Card expenses
- Recording monthly income
- Reconcile control accounts
- Processing purchase ledger including support with prepayments and accruals
- Processing journals where required
- Maintain Fixed Asset register with depreciation
- Month end/year end duties as required
The Successful Applicant
- Strong excel
- Previous knowledge of working in a busy accounting function/team
- Systems - Sage, Xero, Zoho or Quickbooks
