Morgan McKinley is looking to hire a Finance Assistant for an exciting retail business based in central london - £14perhour - £16perhour, this is a contract for 3 months minimum and candidates need to be immediately available or have a 1 week notice period.
DUTIES
* Responsible for the Accounts Payable/Supplier Ledger function- Posting Purchase invoices and Payments
* Supporting the FM in preparation of the regular payment runs
* Responsible for the Accounts Receivable/Customer Ledger function -Posting and allocation of Customer receipts & Raising Customer Credit notes
* Handling of Customer queries, and Chasing late payments
* Supporting FM and the Commercial Team in weekly AR Reviews
* Reconcile Customer accounts with their statements
* Posting of all bank payments and allocation accordingly
* Performing Bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts.
* Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management
