My client is currently hiring for the position of Finance Assistant
Daily tasks (4 companies in total) include:
- Daily Banking
- Invoice processing
- Processing expense requests
- Credit control
- Cash book maintenance
- Cash Forecasts assistance
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Banks reconciliation
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Basic administration
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Personal qualities for the ideal candidate to include
- strong, organisational skills
- ability to work under pressure especially around month end
- work well in a team
- confident telephone manner
- good communication skills
Skills, Experiences & Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts assistant role in industry
- Be able to start ASAP/short notice period
- Good IT skills with experience of SAP B1 Accounting Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work solely with minimum supervision
- Be local to the Brentford area
Additional responsibilities:
Property Management (for sister company)
- Take tenant calls for maintenance issues
- Book repairs and liaise with tenant
- Arrange viewings with agents, if required
