CMA Recruitment Group are working with an established construction business based in Segensworth, Hampshire, to help them recruit an Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.
What will the Finance Assistant role involve:
• · Purchase Ledger – processing Supplier invoices & completing statement checks.
• · Preparing & checking payment runs.
• · Dealing with Supplier queries.
• · Supplier statement reconciliation.
• · Assisting the Accounts team with other Accounting tasks as required.
• Sales ledger invoicing.
Suitable candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
• Experience using Sage 50.
• A varied finance back and strong knowledge of purchase ledger.
