Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Finance Assistant for a multi million pound turnover business based in Milton Keynes.
As Finance Assistant you will be tasked with responsibility for the Purchase Ledger and will need to step in to oversee the sales ledger when required during holiday periods.
Key responsibilities will include processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, preparing the payment run via SAP, processing credit cards through SAP Concur and dealing with the bank reconciliations. The successful candidate will also be trained to assist with month end processing.
The ideal candidate must have proficiency with SAP and be a positive individual towards their work preferably someone who is looking to advance their career as study support will be available to the right candidate. Person fit is very important for this position as culture is key.
A very generous salary is on offer for this position of 32,000 per annum plus excellent benefits associated with a business of this size.
